The Heritage and Culture House

The Heritage and Culture house was created collaboratively in the community to bring together and document the oral histories of our diaspora. It serves not only as a means of connection with our past but a tool to inform and build our futures and stay in touch with our heritage and culture.

We are currently compiling multi generational stories and oral histories from our community. We are looking for those who would be interested in contributing their own family stories to our project. If you are interested in contributing please reach out to us via our facebook page or at info@nahda.us!

Our facebook is regularly updated with stories, photos and documents from our archives. Our ongoing efforts culminate in a book which will illustrate the vast interconnectivity of our extended Arab American community in diaspora and hopefully reach back in our histories and serve as a way for future generations to celebrate and learn from their heritage and culture.
